I’m Helen Webb, a fully qualified primary school teacher with over 16 years teaching experience in both state and independent schools in the UK and Ireland.

 

I live in the Horsham area and have been tutoring primary school aged children in Literacy and Numeracy for 5 years.

 

My aim is to help children become confident, independent and happy learners who, armed with the necessary skills, embrace challenges and see education as fun!

 

All children learn at different speeds and in different ways. Education is not ‘one size fits all’ and I offer tailored tuition to suit your child’s needs.

 

I specialise in tutoring all aspects of Literacy and Numeracy, from Early Years and Reception through to KS2 (SATS and 11+).

 

As far as possible, I include as many games, practical apparatus such as ‘Numicon’ as I strongly believe in making learning as visual and practical an experience as possible.

 

Children learn best in a relaxed and familiar environment, which is why I travel to your house for sessions.
